Meridiana was established in 1999 with the objective of accumulating and holding property.

In 2003 it began realizing real estate operations as both investor and broker.
The team of professionals behind our operations, work day-to-day to add value to your assets, and are thus able to realize success in seemingly unattractive operations.

Círculo Inmobiliario Meridiana, S.L. devotes itself in investment opportunities in distressed property. We locate properties (houses, apartments or offices) which can´t sell or which don´t fit into the ordinary portfolio of an investor.

These investors are most often big companies trying to disinvest their real estate assets or banks resolving non-payment problems, like garnishment, outstanding mortgage or other situations that have to be rectified urgently to avoid an execution or an auction.

During the last year, we realized operations in the provinces of Barcelona, Tarragona, Lérida, Valencia and Zaragoza.
