BGT
In 2018 we created Barcelona Growing Talent (BGT), an association where we help young pre-university students who want to start their professional career to find their first work experience.
At Barcelona Growing Talent we collaborate with different companies that share the mission and values that we promote at Meridiana, helping young people to integrate into the workplace and creating new talent for the business world. Since our inception, we have managed to generate employment for more than 50 students, thus helping them in their learning process.
